Brain Hurricane Chicago was founded by Reed Howard who designed this exciting tutoring program for engaging students by providing them with exciting hands-on lessons. The teaching background of Reed Howard helped her with her observations which played an important role in formation of this tutoring program. The aim of this program is to get total participation from every individual student. Our curriculum is at par with the state and national standards.
